Strict Guidelines to Follow
- Smoking is prohibited at all facilities of the Memorial.
- Switch cell phones to vibrate mode before admission to the exhibition hall so as not to disturb other visitors.
- Refrain from taking a photo in an exhibition hall using flash or tripod or for commercial purposes.
- Bicycles, scooters, inline skates or any type of motorized vehicles are prohibited on the premises of the memorial for the safety of all visitors.
- Food and drinks are prohibited and no pets, except for guide dogs, are allowed on the premises of the memorial.
- Any person intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or carrying an object that can disturb others will not be admitted to the memorial.
- Children under the age of 7 are required to be accompanied by a guardian for admission.
- Any acts of touching/ damaging an exhibit, commercial activity, or solicitation is prohibited.
- Visitors must wear a face mask before entering the memorial.
- Visitors must cooperate with COVID-19 prevention protocols such as temperature checks & use of KI-Pass. (Those who fail to cooperate or have suspicious symptoms may be denied admission.)
Group Visits
- Any visit by a group of 20 or more is required to make a reservation in advance (Preschoolers, elementary, middle, & high school students, adults, and foreign tourist visitors).
- Group visits may be turned away without a reservation in advance.
- Group visits are allowed only at the date and time set in advance by reservation.
- Cancellation of the reservation for a group visit is required to take place at least 3 days before date of admission. Failure to visit without cancellation of reservation may lead to a 6-month restriction from group reservation from then on.
- A group visit reservation cannot be made on closure days.

Audio Tour Guide
Audio tour guide app for the exhibitions at the National Memorial of the Korean Provisional Government
- Visitors can get access to an audio tour guide service for the exhibitions at the Permanent Exhibition Hall.
- The audio tour guide app can be installed free from the Google Play Store or App Store (Please visit the website of the National memorial of the Korean Provisional Government).
- After app installation, download the exhibition contents concerned using WiFi to use the tour guide service without data.
- Audio tour guide users are required to use earphones so as not to disturb other visitors.

- Visitors can use the audio tour guide service through the QR cord attached to the top of the Zone panel for each exhibition hall.
